The Claremont & District Lions Club as per a written agreement with the City of Pickering oversee renting out facilities at the Community Center.

Facilities include the large hall, kitchen and a meeting room.  A bar is available and a bartender will be appointed for your event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A liquor license and event insurance are mandatory in compliance with facility rental requirements of the City of Pickering. Confirmation of insurance is required to confirm any facility bookings. Please let us know at least 3 weeks in advance if you require a liquor license for your event.

 

Table linens and any decorations are provided by the rentee.

 

Chairs and tables must be put away, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and cooking equipment must be clean and put away and all facilities must be clean and tidy before rentees leave the premises.
